We kept hearing the name Subtext from so many recommendations, and after trying their easy pour-over, we knew why—they’re a standout in the Canadian coffee scene! Huge thanks to Tim from Subtext for sharing the Juicy Kenya bean with us with delicate orange blossom notes. We’ve been telling all our friends in Toronto to visit their warm and cool café. ☕🍊

Curve, Margate UK 🇬🇧

Sometimes a cortado can lean a bit bitter in certain cafés, but not at Nagare Coffee in London. There, we tried the perfect cortado made with Suukala by Curve Coffee—it was a total game-changer! And how amazing is it that Curve roasts their beautiful beans in the chillest spot in Margate? Before experiencing their masterpiece brews, why not plan a Margate trip? Hit up Turner Contemporary for some art, then swing by Curve Coffee for the perfect coffee break. ☕🎨✨

"Bean Chef" Fency, have an incredible knack for roasting, making it almost impossible to choose just one favourite. Their unique mood-shot packaging? So good, we’ve framed it on our wall! We return twice a year for their friendly vibes and flawless brews—a must-visit, especially during the Bristol Balloon Festival. ☕🎈

You wouldn’t go to Senzu and ask for a White—it’s probably the best spot for filter coffee in Porto, maybe even all of Portugal! 🤔 We got a bag of Ethiopia Keramo for home brewing, and it’s absolutely vibrant.

Seven Seeds, Melbourne Australia 🇦🇺

The industrial chic vibe of this converted warehouse had us hooked! Beyond its Instagram-worthy blue wall, the coffee is exceptional. They brewed the Santa Lucia Honduras perfectly, and the soy milk cappuccino was pure heaven. We couldn’t leave without grabbing their Golden Gate Espresso Beans for our morning coffee routine. Our first encounter with Blue Hour was a random summer trip to Winchester, and their El Salvador brew stole our hearts. We’ve been experimenting with quite a few beans for cold brew, but this juicy, melon-like gem was impossible to resist—it was the ultimate escape from the heat wave 🥵. Don’t worry, we’ll bring it to you before the next one hits!

Back to Black is hands down one of the top consistent coffee spots in Amsterdam. We’re big fans of their Peru, truly a standout with its juicy & clean finish; we found it so easy to brew at home. Sit tight, we’ll ship this beauty your way ✈️. POV: Pair it with a day trip to the Rijksmuseum. Coffee + art = pure joy! 😉
