One moment that changed our perspective happened at 7g Coffee Roaster in Porto. They shared how their Espresso Lemonade was created to minimize waste from their high-quality morning coffee tuning. By transforming used coffee into a refreshing drink, they honored the hard work of the farmers behind every bean.
It made us pause and reflect on our own habits. How often do we buy too many beans during our travels, only to miss the chance to enjoy them at their peak freshness? It’s not just about the coffee—it’s about respecting the journey of each bean, from farm to cup.
