One moment that changed our perspective happened at 7g Coffee Roaster in Porto. They shared how their Espresso Lemonade was created to minimize waste from their high-quality morning coffee tuning. By transforming used coffee into a refreshing drink, they honored the hard work of the farmers behind every bean.
