This washed Orange Bourbon comes from Sitio Belis in Benguet, a highland community in the Cordillera mountains of the Philippines. Grown at 1,400–1,700 masl, the coffee bursts with citrus brightness, juicy tangerine sweetness, and delicate jasmine florals — a profile that shines with clarity and elegance.
About the Origin
Sitio Belis is one of the Philippines’ rising specialty origins, home to over 100 smallholder farmers supported by Kalsada Coffee. Since 2015, Kalsada has been empowering farmers with training, infrastructure, and financial support — helping the community grow from producing just a few bags to an impressive 14 tons of specialty coffee in 2024–25.
Phoenix Coffee Roastery chose this coffee not only for its exceptional cup quality, but also for the story it tells. As Yat shares: Asian coffee origins like the Philippines deserve recognition, and by celebrating their work, we can help these farmers gain the appreciation they’ve long earned.

A: We ship out every coffee bean items by the 7th of each month including the original bag of the roaster.
Just make sure to place your order by the last day of the previous month.
For example: Order on 22 Jan, and your box ships on 7 Feb.

We close orders at the end of each month, then our roasters get to work.
By the time your beans arrive, they’re freshly roasted, lightly rested, and ready to brew.
